Reviewing the past couple of years, it seems like 20 launches is a good number. Mostly a bunch of G motors, and a few larger launches mixed in. After a quick escalation of motors, I’m trying to level off, or at least scale back for a bit until I start mixing my own, which seems to be a bit of time away.
I’m thinking a good number of launches next summer will be covered by reloads of G76G, G77R, and G79W. Should keep the Optima, Onyxand Quick and Dirty fed pretty well.
A bunch of E18W reload should cover the PKM, and possibly some F economax motors for the Mini Eagle Claw and Jart. I’m trying to center my bulk launches on small, fun kits that turn around fast. These three kits really excel at that, and I may pick up another mini to make it a foursome.
I don’t have anything currently to fly on my Loki 38/120. Hopefully I can get the blaster 9,000 out of the tree, or build something new over the winter. Probably pick up a few more G80’s and G69’s, Maybe a 240 case and some H’s as well.
This leaves the 54mm crowd left to deal with. The Wildman and Painkiller 3, I’m thinking will be perfect to toss a few I599N’s into the air with the 54/427 case. Nice and simple 2K flights at stupid fast speeds. I may build the Blue Dragon (54mm) that’s sitting in the box, and that’ll probably get the same one grain case treatment.
And then the big guy. If the stars line up right, I’d like to slide a loki L1400 into the Darkstar. If not, a K1100T or K456DM seems appropriate.
